Fed: Rann denies states will push Rudd's policies at COAG

South Australian Premier MIKE RANN has denied state and territory leaders will be pushing
the federal Labor line .. at a federal-states meeting in Canberra today.

Mr RANN says KEVIN RUDD doesn't need a leg-up .. because he's streets ahead.

He's told ABC radio climate change will be one of the most important issues discussed
at the COAG meeting.

The eight Labor premiers and chief ministers are Meeting Prime Minister JOHN HOWARD
in Canberra today.
