Wild weather hits Beds.

Clear up after gale force winds

A big clear up is underway today after a day of wild weather across East Beds.

Trees were uprooted and left roads blocked by the worst gales to hit the region for years during Thursday.

In Gamlingay a 50-foot wall was blown over in Millbridge Farm on Potton Road, whcih was also left without electricity.

In Potton, Christine Bloor of Mill Lane saw fence panels uprooted from her garden and the roof and door of her shed ripped off.
